All administrative function relating to the running and maintaining of the outsourced staff compliment is our responsibility; including but not confined to good timekeeping, maintaining discipline, holding hearings and ensuring that proper work ethic is upheld.
As the outsourced staff are the employees of Inala staffing and payroll, we ensure that all levies imposed by the prevailing Labour laws are adhered to by us.
We ensure and guarantee that all levies imposed by the labour laws, bargaining councils become our responsibility. These include payment and registration of UIF, WCA, and the necessary taxes such as SITE and PAYE. Inala staffing, as the employer, is therefore also responsible for the payment of leave pay and notice pay to the contracted worker as determent by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act(1997)
We ensure our product offering falls within the ambit of our clients’ policies and procedures in terms of hours worked, production levels required, conditions, additional allowances etc., provided these are within legislation and are also dependant on the bargaining councils’ stipulated conditions.
